You ask, we answer.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we generally offer free shipping (0.00 €) on every order – with no minimum order value. For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.99 €. We ship all bags as insured parcels with DHL.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within approximately 2 weeks after the end of the sales period. Since our leather handbags are handcrafted in Indonesia, we deliberately take the time to carefully check each product for quality and craftsmanship before it makes its way to you.
What leather is used for our bags?
For our collection, we use exclusively high-quality cowhide leather. Unlike split leather or faux leather, our genuine leather retains its natural fibrous structure, making the bag particularly tear-resistant, durable, and shape-retaining.
Where does the leather come from, and is it produced sustainably?
We source our hides exclusively as a byproduct of the food industry from Indonesia. Our partner tanneries are certified according to the standard, which guarantees strictly controlled water and energy consumption as well as fair working conditions.
What should I do if my leather bag got wet in the rain?
Immediately blot any raindrops carefully with a dry, soft cotton or microfiber cloth (do not rub). Stuff the bag loosely with unprinted paper to help it retain its shape, and let it dry slowly at room temperature. Never place wet leather directly on a heater, in direct sunlight, or under a hairdryer, as this will cause the material to become brittle and leave water stains.
How often should I clean and condition my leather bag?
For everyday care, simply wipe away dust with a slightly damp cloth. Every 3 to 6 months, you should nourish the material with a high-quality, colorless leather balm or leather care lotion. Avoid harsh household cleaners, alcohol, wet wipes, and silicone-based products.
How can I remove light scratches from leather?
Superficial signs of wear on smooth and pull-up leather can often be buffed out simply by gently rubbing them with a warm fingertip or a soft cloth, as the natural oils in the leather redistribute. For deeper scratches, a small amount of leather fat or beeswax balm helps.
How do I properly store my leather bag?
If you do not use your bag for an extended period, fill it with acid-free tissue paper (do not use newspaper due to the printer's ink) and store it in the included breathable cotton dust bag. Store it upright in a dry, dark place and do not leave it hanging by the shoulder strap for long periods to prevent it from stretching out.
